John, Debi, and family moved to Prescott in 1995, trading the city for a rural lifestyle more like their midwest roots. After many years in the construction and manufacturing industry, John established a new Garage Flooring business in Prescott in 2007 that is now known as Garage Floors and More….

Garage Floors and More… services Northern Arizona year round, and the Phoenix area in the colder months.

In addition to his busy work schedule, John has adopted two trails to maintain for the U.S. Forest Service, and also donates and supports the West Yavapai Guidance Clinic, Big Brothers & Sisters, and the Boy Scouts.

Garage Floors and More… is a member of the Yavapai County Contractors Association. License #ROC 241213.

  • What is the benefit of coating the garage floor?

    Adds value to your home, makes it easy to clean, and helps keep the house clean. Mopping it with vinegar and water keeps it looking like new. No need to worry about oil or other fluids leaking on the floor. They wipe right up!

  • Do you only coat garage floors?

    No, we also coat interior floors in businesses and homes. About 50% of our customers have had their patios and walkways coated, as well.

  • Do you just do residential coatings?

    We are licensed to do commercial and residential coatings. In addition to coating floors in homes, we have professionally coated floors for the Prescott Unified School District, local municipalities, the Central Yavapai Fire District, and many other organizations and businesses throughout Northern Arizona.
